One of those nights where you just couldn’t sleep because you had to complete your assignments or you just had to binge watch your favorite TV-series?

As a student,I had a tough time waking up early in the morning and starting my day on a positive note, I must have destroyed a dozen of alarm clocks so far and must’ve hit the snooze button like a billion times,my roommates used to call me the Snooze-Man.
Eventually,I learned about the power of subconscious mind and formulated a technique to help me wake up whenever I wanted to! That too,without an alarm clock!A good beginning makes a good end.
The following technique is going to revolutionize the way students have been waking up so far!
I like to call this technique the “Pillow, Wake-Me-Up Technique!”
In this technique, you are going to ask your pillow to wake you up!(It might sound completely absurd,but there’s science behind it)
You are going to follow a 3 step approach to wake up whenever you want to!
Oh and of course ,WITHOUT THE IRRITATING ALARM CLOCK!
Step 1: Select a time and command your pillow to wake you up at that time.
Well,here your pillow is just a medium to get your subconscious in the play,the actual genius behind this technique is that you are ordering your subconscious mind to wake you up at that particular time.
Subconscious mind,is the most powerful part of a human brain,people have achieved great feats by harnessing the actual strength of their subconscious minds.

Be it 4 am,Be it 5 am ,Be it 10 am(Rather stay in your bed for the rest of your lives ,if you are going to wake up at 10am)
Say It Out Loud,Command your Pillow!
For Instance,You might want to try something like this:
Hey Pillow,You better wake me up at 5 am,tomorrow!
Repeat it at least 10 times,your parents might think you have lost it, just do not pay attention ,FOCUS!
Disclaimer: Now for those who don’t use a pillow,you can ask your bed-sheet or the whole damn bed to wake you up.

Step 2: Drink some water,before going to bed.
Water is the main constituent of our body,The average adult human body is 50-65% water.
Okay! But….Ummm…How is that going to help me wake up early?
Let’s say you ordered your subconscious mind to wake you up at 5 am,and eventually you did manage to open your eyes at 5 am.
But your bed’s warmth and comfort is not allowing you to get out of it!
This is where water comes in and saves the day!
The water that you’ve drank the night before would compel you to use the washroom as soon as you wake up.
By the time you reach the washroom and empty your bladder,you’ll be wide awake and feeling fresh.
Warning:You’ll need to experiment with yourself to calibrate your system and determine the quantity of water you drink.You may end up waking up at 3 ,4 instead of 5 initially,but you’ll able to figure out the perfect amount of water.
Step 3: Visualize yourself waking up at the right time.
The most obvious way to conceptualize an idea is to visualize it,see it in your mind’s eye as vividly as if it were alive.
Your naked eye shows you only the things that already exist in the world.In a similar way,that which you can visualize in your mind’s eye already exists in the invisible realms of your mind.For instance,for the very cellphone to come into existence ,somebody must have visualized it’s shape,size,attributes in their mind’s eye.
The idea is real and will one day appear in your objective world if you are faithful to your mental image.
So once you close your eyes ,after commanding your subconscious,you’ll start visualizing about how you are going to wake up at the specified time and how wonderful and fresh you are going to feel after doing so.
There you go,Practice these 3 steps for 3 days and you’ll never need an alarm clock again to wake you up!
